At 11:FS we see ourselves as the challenger team dedicated to helping banks and FS players transform themselves and the industry we love. For us, this means rethinking what it takes to operate in financial services from top to bottom to help our partners build and launch next generation digital propositions around the globe.
To do this, we need an amazing team so we have pulled together the best in financial services and beyond. Our people have co-founded and grown challenger banks like Monzo, Starling, and Tandem, led the technology platforms at Nutmeg, Betfair and beyond and transformed banks like Lloyds, Halifax, Barclays, QNB and Natwest.
Truth be told, 11:FS isn't really one company. It is a collection of startups united by purpose. Our Consulting practice builds challenger propositions globally, like we did for Natwest with Mettle. Our Research and Benchmarking team has built the amazing 11:FS Pulse service used by the likes of Monzo, Starling, Natwest and Tesco Bank. Our 11:FS Foundry team are transforming core banking and architecture, aiming to do to core banking what AWS did to data centres. Lastly we are a media company, generating content that supports our brand and changes the conversation - not necessarily in that order.
Talent is the number one priority for 11:FS Group, and as our sole Talent Coordinator your work will have a huge impact on creating a high-quality candidate and employee experience throughout their journey in the company. As the Coordinator of the people, you will be responsible in supporting two main pillars of the People Function, HR & Talent. A little breakdown of the role here.
Main responsibilities in Talent:
You will be our Custodian of Candidate Experience during the interviewing process - Coordinating with precision, engaging with candidates throughout the process, keep quality of experience high, manage and improve CE focused surveys.
You will be our Talent Planner - Ensuring that the recruiting plan is set in stone for new requisitions, in collaboration with team leaders or Line Managers. Key focus here is to ensure that an exceptional candidate experience is maintained at a high at all times!
You will also be our Onboarding Specialist - Continuing to improve our onboarding process, and positively impacting the new starter experience. You will be the key person introducing new ideas, reporting on effectiveness to the Talent team regularly and be the master of creating a truly immersive onboarding program for the company.
Main responsibilities in People:
You will be the ultimate HR Coordinator when it comes to right to work checks, probation period coordination and ensuring that all HR documents are safely stored in designated drives, and keeping track of updates required. You will be the main person running audits every quarter to ensure the whole Talent team is compliant at all times.
You will be a champion in HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle - completing references for former and current employees, conducting reference checks for new employees and benefits administration.
You will be the right hand to the People Partner in taking minutes during HR meetings and providing support when required.
You will be the go-to-person for everything related to internships and work experience including managing and facilitating.
