At 11:FS we see ourselves as the challenger team dedicated to helping banks and FS players transform themselves and the industry we love. For us this means rethinking what it takes to operate in financial services top to bottom to help our partners build and launch next generation digital propositions around the globe.

Truth be told, 11:FS isn't really one company. It is a collection of startups united by purpose. Our Consulting practice builds challenger propositions globally, like we did for Natwest with Mettle. Our Research and Benchmarking team has built the amazing 11:FS Pulse service used by the likes of Monzo, Starling, Natwest and Tesco Bank. Our 11:FS Foundry team are transforming core banking and architecture, aiming to do to core banking what AWS did to data centres. Lastly we are a media company, generating content that supports our brand and changes the conversation - not necessarily in that order.
And yet we don’t work like an agency, or a consultancy, or research house for that matter.
We are effectively building and launching new startup propositions for our clients and ourselves. We believe in treating every opportunity like a business, not a project. What you'll be doing, 💼🤓
One of our pillars of business in 11:FS is the Consulting arm. In 2018, we built and delivered a new innovative digital proposition for SMEs with one of the largest banks in the UK, and worked on a large number of exciting new digital propositions across the globe, including places like Hong Kong, New York, and Johannesburg. Looking at the growing need of the Consulting function, we are now looking for another rockstar to join our team as a Principal Sales and Delivery Lead.
Some of the key responsibilities are:
You should have experience building a product with Product Managers, Developers as well as the track record of running a delivery team. You will have experience of managing both the team and commercial aspects of a delivery, you will help with proposals and Scope of Work drafting, managing and expanding accounts, and identifying additional growth opportunities for 11:FS and your team. This position is suited to those at a stage where they develop others through coaching and have ideas to help us continue to grow our business.
To do this successfully, you can demonstrate experience of helping clients deliver digital transformation success through programme delivery, people and culture change, preferably within a consulting environment and this also means having a sales target whether bringing in business for the consulting team both outbound and inbound. You have led client projects within a consulting business or multiple workstreams in a tech product company. As the lead in this role, you will also be expected to adept at managing senior stakeholders in client organisations, building strong relationships that lead to repeat engagements and expanding project teams.
